This is a key role for a talented and motivated individual to support our business in crypto and entertainment. The Legal Counsel will work closely with internal stakeholders and the legal team to ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
The role involves:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts;
- Providing corporate and commercial advice to balance legal risk with business goals;
- Supporting risk management and contributing to strategic legal thinking;
- Gaining exposure to emerging legal issues in global markets where regulation is still developing.
For this role, we are looking for someone with:
- 2-4 years post qualification experience (PQE), preferably in private practice with a focus on corporate or commercial law;
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and a commercial mindset;
- Proactivity, adaptability and the ability to operate in dynamic environments;
- A keen interest in crypto, streaming or gaming, and how law intersects with innovation;
- Clear communication skills and the ability to thrive in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
