At our organization, we are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Customer Service Team as a Customer Relationship Coordinator.

About the Role

  • We are looking for someone with experience in sales forecasting and planning, who can also manage existing customer accounts proactively.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to respond to and manage customer complaints effectively.
  • In addition to these skills, the selected candidate will need to demonstrate adaptability and flexibility when handling dynamic tasks.

About You

  • You must have at least 1 year of experience in inbound call centers, where you have provided top-notch customer service.
  • A strong background in problem-solving and analytical thinking is required.
  • Candidates should be able to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in both inbound and outbound call center environments.
  • They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

Working Conditions
