Service Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Service Coordinator to join our Field Service team based in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer calls promptly and resolve issues effectively.
  • Manage service orders, including scheduling/coordinating Service Technician staff using our ERP system.
  • Process and distribute service reports and invoices.
  • Prepare and distribute service agreements, including managing renewals.
  • Assist with preparing and following up on quotations for service contracts, spares, and consumables. Maintain the quotation log.
  • Coordinate work performed by sub-contractors, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
  • Assist the Service Support Manager and Team with day-to-day business activities.
Requirements:
  • A relevant TAFE diploma is highly regarded but not essential.
  • At least 2-4 years of administration experience, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Create and maintain positive relationships with staff and customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft applications: such as Excel and Word.
