Customer Relationship Manager

The primary role of this position is to spearhead marketing efforts aimed at enhancing customer relationships and driving sales growth.
About the Role- This person will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that foster customer engagement and preference.
- Develop and implement channel and customer strategies based on customer insights to enhance the wearer's shopping/purchase experience.
- Coordinate and execute customer business plans and marketing programs to convert strategies into executable initiatives.
- Assess program effectiveness to inform investment and modification decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of Customer Marketing experience in a similar role.
- Consumer Packaged Goods experience is preferred.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A strong analytical mindset, combined with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
