
Customer Relationship Specialist

The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in supporting the front and back of house departments by processing all orders, identifying areas of concern, opportunities or important feedback and communicating to managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, document and resolve all customer enquiries/issues
- Perform outgoing calls to allocated customer portfolios to build relationships, introduce new products and grow sales
- Support sales objectives by communicating company promotional plans
- Process payments, backorders, accounts payable/receivable and enquiries
- Input accurate and relevant records into the customer database
Additional Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative will also provide support to the Export Coordinator on a day-to-day basis, including receiving and preparing export orders from customers, liaising with the production department in the manufacturing of export orders, and preparing export documentation.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated quality customer service, negotiation and communication skills, as well as proven skills in relationship management, call center customer service and achieving targets.
They will be motivated by positive customer relationships, sales success, training and development, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines is essential, along with strong attention to detail and advanced listening, written and verbal communication skills.
