Reporting to both the Client Experience Manager and Retail Business Manager, you will be the key contact for clients after their purchase, guiding them through the gown collection process and ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard. From coordinating appointment schedules, to preparing gowns, to overseeing the luxury experience of collection day, you'll play an integral role in delivering excellen

This is a part-time opportunity (Monday–Wednesday) with potential to extend to full-time in the fut
