About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Development Manager to join our team in Buildings + Places. As a key member of our pursuit and business development activities, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and high-calibre support across our B+P business line and the wider NAC business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help identify priority bids and work with Marketing to lead capture planning.
  • Prepare and produce high-level bid submissions for strategic opportunities.
  • Participate in Go/No Go meetings for future opportunities.
  • Develop and edit graphics to support our business development efforts.
  • Drive bid debriefs to ensure we learn from every opportunity.
  • Support the delivery of bid training to ensure our teams are equipped to win.
  • Develop marketing collateral to promote our services and expertise.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant role, preferably in a senior pursuit support position.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing, communications or similar disciplines.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
