About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Development Manager to join our Buildings and Places team. As a key member of our pursuit and business development team, you will play a critical role in supporting high-caliber support for pursuit and business development activities across our B+P business line and wider NAC business.

  • Identify strategic pursuits and work with Marketing to lead capture planning
  • Prepare and produce high-level bid submissions for strategic opportunities
  • Participate in Go/No Go meetings for future opportunities
  • Develop and edit graphics to support bids
  • Drive debriefs and analyze results
  • Support delivery of bid training and develop marketing collateral

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant role, preferably in proposal management or a similar field. Your skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong understanding of business development and pursuit strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful capture plans
  • Proficiency in graphic design and data visualization tools
