Job DescriptionThe Senior Energy Infrastructure Project Developer will be responsible for leading the development, negotiation, and execution of energy services connection agreements to support the growth targets of the Lumea business. This role involves managing and executing connection infrastructure transactions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and building strong partnerships across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Leverage your experience in the energy infrastructure and/or renewable energy industry to develop and manage competitive energy infrastructure bids.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate multiple inputs and deliver high-value transactions.
- Develop pricing strategies using financial modelling and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, including demonstrated influencing skills with potential customers, decision makers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Degree qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Excellent customer and stakeholder relationship management skills, including experience working in multidisciplinary organisations.
- Proven track record in the development and management of competitive energy infrastructure bids, with a focus on innovation and problem-solving.
- Experience with database systems, particularly CRM (e.g., Salesforce), preferable.
- Strong time management skills and ability to achieve deadlines under pressure.
- Competent in the application of Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements relative to the duties of the position.
- A highly competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
