Strategic Manufacturing Solutions Executive

A Commercial Strategy Leader for Manufacturing Solutions will be responsible for the commercial success of Cytiva’s solutions across Australia and New Zealand.
About This Role- Lead strategic discussions with key customers on overall offering
- Work closely with internal teams to drive in-depth discussions with customers in manufacturing process design decisions support
- Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities across the region for Process Development, Flex Factories, Aseptic filling, complex hardware or customized hardware services
- Ensure collaboration within all parts of the organization, building stakeholders and Account Management synergy to increase customer qualification
- Drive optimal mechanisms to monitor and track progress of opportunities in the pipeline
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage experience in engineering/biopharma to develop commercial strategies
- Pursue a proven commercial track record in multiple bioprocessing modalities
- Maintain strong knowledge of manufacturing and engineering, including quality and regulatory understanding
- Influence and negotiate internally and with customers
- Present at high levels and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience in engineering/biopharma
- Proven commercial track record in multiple Bioprocessing modalities
- Strong manufacturing and engineering knowledge including quality and regulatory understanding of the Bioprocessing modalities
- Ability to influence and negotiate internally and with customers
- High-level presentation and interpersonal skills
