We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our commercial efforts in the Asia Pacific region. As a Commercial Lead - Manufacturing Capacity Solutions, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Leverage technical expertise to design and deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners.
- 10+ years' experience in engineering/biopharma.
- Proven commercial track record in multiple Bioprocessing modalities, with Product Management/Offering/Large deals expertise.
- Strong manufacturing and engineering knowledge including quality and regulatory understanding of the Bioprocessing modalities, including Gene Therapy and mRNA fields.
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate internally and with customers.
- Demonstrated high-level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact, and which builds effective partnerships.
