Commercial Growth Leader – Manufacturing Solutions

The key objective of this position is to drive commercial growth and success in the manufacturing capacity solutions market across Australia and New Zealand.
This involves developing and executing strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and engaging with customers to deliver business outcomes. The role will focus on key areas including KUBio, FlexFactory, aseptic filling, and hardware solutions, as well as indirect support for process development and validation services in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead strategic discussions with key customers to navigate internal and external stakeholders, driving sales opportunities and revenue growth.
- Build a pipeline of opportunities across the region for process development, flex factories, aseptic filling, complex hardware, and other services.
- Ensure collaboration between all parts of the commercial organization, building stakeholder relationships and account management synergy to increase customer qualification and accelerate sales opportunities.
- Drive optimal operating mechanisms to monitor and track progress of opportunities in the pipeline, including design-in initiatives and forecasting performance against operating plans.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in engineering or biopharma.
- Proven commercial track record in multiple bioprocessing modalities with product management and large deal expertise.
- Strong manufacturing and engineering knowledge, including quality and regulatory understanding of bioprocessing modalities.
- Ability to influence and negotiate internally and with customers.
- High-level presentation and interpersonal skills, able to communicate and present ideas effectively to customers.
