Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a pipeline of opportunities across Asia Pacific for process development, flex factories, aseptic filling, complex hardware, and customized services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and account management to increase customer qualification and accelerate sales opportunities.
  • Drive optimal mechanisms to monitor and track progress, including design-in initiatives and forecasting performance against operating plan.
  • Work directly with project managers, lead system design engineers, process design engineers, and site implementation teams to deliver complex projects successfully.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in engineering/biopharma.
  • Proven commercial track record in multiple bioprocessing modalities, with product management/offering/large deals expertise.
  • Strong manufacturing and engineering knowledge, including quality and regulatory understanding of bioprocessing modalities.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate internally and with customers.
  • High-level presentation and interpersonal skills to communicate and present ideas effectively.

Travel Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of time within ANZ and internationally.
