About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Chain Manager to join our client's team in Abbotsford. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics function, ensuring seamless customer service, efficient inventory management, and effective supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to meet business objectives
  • Manage customer service and account relationships, including order processing, shipment tracking, and returns
  • Oversee administration and inventory management, maintaining accurate data in the ERP system and managing stock movements between wholesale, online, and retail channels
  • Coordinate logistics for new shipments and warehouse operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Generate sales reports and analysis, assisting with accounts-related duties, including payment processing and debt management

Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; equivalent experience considered
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a wholesale business across retail, FMCG, food, or beverage
  • Strong knowledge of import production functions, including purchase order raising with suppliers and logistics coordination
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a small team environment
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office functions, including Excel
