
Customer Relationship Growth Professional

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced customer relationship professional to join our team. As a key member of our B2C team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing and potential Bureau partners.
As a brand ambassador for our taxi network, you will help maintain high standards and contribute to fleet growth in your region. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will enable you to identify and secure new opportunities, while your strong commercial acumen will drive business growth.
In this role, you will work closely with the Fleet Relationship Manager to achieve Bureau fleet growth targets. You will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to support network maintenance and growth, as well as ensuring all processes and admin tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in customer service, relationship management, or administration
- Proven ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management
