Job Title:

Customer Relationship Specialist

The role of a Customer Relationship Specialist is to serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, fostering connections and qualifying leads through invested conversations.

This position requires building solid relationships with future residents by providing exceptional customer experiences, focusing on delivering industry-leading service standards.

Key responsibilities include experience in an outbound customer service or sales environment, strong computer skills preferably with experience in CRM systems, excellent communication skills with a professional disposition, adaptability, and comfort with change and ambiguity.

Responsibilities:
