A highly skilled Technical Project Coordinator is required to support the transformation project of our Atlassian tools for a leading financial organisation.

About the Role
  • Expertise in all Atlassian Products, including JIRA, Confluence, Tempo, and other applications, with the ability to troubleshoot, support, code, and rollout changes.
  • Proficient in Lean and Process Improvement Methodologies, including waste identification and simplification.
  • Experience with Delivery metrics, insights, and reporting, including coaching, training, and utilising Lead/Cycle Time, Velocity Measures, and other Metrics.
  • Experience in Agile Practices, applying Delivery/Project Management practices in an Agile Environment.
Responsibilities
  • Collect and document project requirements (both technical and functional).
  • Analyse, facilitate, model, and organize information to reconcile conflicts, elicit requirements, and distinguish solution ideas from end user needs.
  • Configure and develop on tools as per agreed requirements, e.g., adjusting field layouts, custom fields and values, field configurations, etc.
  • Develop, test, and deploy clearly documented code to a high standard.
  • ScriptRunner – development of scripts to enhance the experience and usability of JIRA and Confluence (will involve code).
Requirements:
  • Scripting experience.
  • Java expertise.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools.
  • Jira/Confluence proficiency.
  • DevOps knowledge.
  • Terraform skills.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000-£55,000 per annum, based on national averages and industry standards.
