Job Summary:
This pivotal role encompasses developing and executing territory plans to achieve annual revenue goals, fostering business growth, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Work collaboratively with the broader Endoscopy team to identify training, research, and engagement opportunities for customers.
- Develop market strategies for existing and new products aligned with divisional goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely completion of all tasks and activities within deadlines.
Requirements:
- Commercial experience with a proven track record of success in the medical devices industry.
- Prior experience with endoscopic products is an advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Able to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
