We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to lead the operational implementation of our People & Culture strategy whilst mentoring and supporting our leaders in handling end-to-end people management processes.

  • Build strong working relationships with Centre Managers, Area Managers, and Regional Manager
  • Partner with leaders to determine talent requirements for meaningful succession planning
  • Provide performance management support while managing and resolving employee relations issues
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements to ensure regulatory compliance relating to the day-to-day management of employees within the education sector
  • Facilitate and manage the performance management cycle across the region
  • Work closely with the Recruitment team to participate in key appointments across the region
  • Support the implementation of remuneration, reward, and recognition programs
  • Provide data and analytics for discussion with leaders to inform business decisions
  • Actively promote a positive organisational culture
