As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling creative concepts that amplify the overall customer experience. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and an ability to translate those needs into tangible design solutions.

  • Define and evolve a cohesive product creative system
  • Craft compelling creative concepts with an in-depth understanding of customer needs to amplify the overall experience.
  • Translate brand and product concepts into system-level details for adoption into the component library, with clear guidance to empower product teams.
  • Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that guide customers through product propositions, features and functionalities.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to help improve our brand and visual language to further enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively define project scope, timelines, and deliverables for product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other designers, product managers, engineers and brand teams to bring creative visions to life through regular feedback sessions.
  • Be an advocate for creative thinking within the product organisation, helping others to think more creatively and strategically about the customer experience.
