Product Design Lead

We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Product Design function, driving end-to-end design strategies that align with our brand and customer experience goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive design strategy, ensuring seamless integration across web and app platforms.
  • Lead UX and Product Design efforts, encompassing discovery, engagement, checkout, and post-purchase phases.
  • Elevate design standards through expertise in usability, accessibility, and conversion-optimised design.
  • Inspire and mentor a high-performing team of Product Designers, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Insights, and Customer Service, to deliver unified, customer-centric experiences.

  • Deep expertise in Product Design, UX, and mobile-first responsive design at scale, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with a history of growing and uplifting design teams, driving organisational growth and success.
  • Experience collaborating across design, product, engineering, and brand functions, fostering effective communication and results-driven outcomes.
  • Strategic thinking with a keen eye for implementation detail, balancing short-term wins with long-term vision, ensuring sustainable business growth.
