Senior Creative Lead

We are seeking a Senior Creative Lead to join our team and drive innovative concepts for our rug collections.

  • Lead the creative direction of our rug collections, driving innovative concepts and turning them into market-ready products.
  • Partner with our Chief Creative Officer to co-create a compelling and cohesive creative direction for the business.
  • Translate high-level creative ideas into detailed rug briefs that inform and inspire development.
  • Make strategic design decisions regarding materials, weaving techniques, finishes and more, balancing aesthetic, functionality and cost.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior design or product development role, with strong capabilities in new product development, sourcing, trend analysis and international supplier engagement, particularly in home decor or home textile.
  • Passion for design, innovation and product storytelling, with a strong understanding of the homewares sector.
  • Ability to understand our consumer and interpret global trends in a way that feels on-brand.
