Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Building Design Expert to lead our team in NSW. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing complex building structures projects, with a strong working knowledge of ETABS, RAM Concept, and RAPT.

About the Role:

  1. This senior position focuses on delivering innovative design solutions for high-rise mixed-use buildings, schools, hospitals, residential, and commercial projects.
  2. The successful candidate will work closely with senior members of the team to deliver major projects and provide technical leadership.
  3. Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role, which involves collaboration with other teams and stakeholders.
  4. Experience in the Newcastle market is preferred, and the chosen candidate will be expected to take a technical lead on projects within the team.
