**Key Responsibilities:**

**Strategic Leadership:** Develop and implement a forward-thinking business strategy in partnership with the State Manager. Inspire your team to exceed growth targets while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

**Business Development:** Drive new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building. Enhance client engagement and loyalty through training sessions and workshops, ensuring a superior customer experience.

**Market Analysis:** Utilize advanced CRM tools to track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity. Leverage these insights to refine business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

**Financial Management:** Oversee budget development and management, aligning with strategic goals and efficient resource utilization to achieve sustainable revenue growth.

**Compensation Package:**

**Salary:** A highly competitive base salary starting at $110,000 per annum reflects the company's commitment to attracting top talent.

To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record in business development and sales leadership, preferably within the construction or building materials sector. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is also essential. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with a focus on collaborative teamwork and strategic relationship management, are critical.
