Senior Administrative Coordinator

About the Role
The Personal Assistant to Senior Leaders will provide high-level administrative support to three leaders within the Perpetual Private team. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with excellent diary management and email management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including diary management, email management, and coordination of travel arrangements.
- Assist with the preparation of agendas, pre-reading papers, and action items for team meetings.
- Coordinate the completion of business reports to ensure the operating rhythm is met.
- Manage expense submissions and process manual invoices as required.
- Maintain staff lists, email distribution groups, and mail listings.
Requirements
- Secretarial/administrative qualifications and experience in Microsoft Office products.
- 5+ years of demonstrated work experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 3 years supporting at Managing Partner or Managing Director level.
- Financial services industry or professional services experience desirable.
