About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our senior leaders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the leader's diary, ensuring their day-to-day operations are seamless. This will involve understanding their needs and priorities to keep their schedule on track, screening emails, handling correspondence, and sourcing pre-materials for meetings and events.

As an Executive Assistant, you will also be responsible for managing travel arrangements, both domestic and international, and prioritizing and managing issues, redirecting or escalating matters as needed to keep everything running smoothly.

You will support the leader's office by handling the administration of internal and leadership team meetings, coordinating events, and processing weekly payment requisitions and corporate expenses. Building strong relationships with the leadership team and Executive Committee executive assistants will be key.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with experience supporting senior executives and who is comfortable working with ambiguity and complexity. Your ability to engage broadly and communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders is crucial.

We value a proactive, one-step-ahead work ethic and attitude. You will need to anticipate scheduling conflicts and recommend solutions, demonstrating strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Your superior communication skills will help you work across all levels of the organisation.

Requirements

  • Technical proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues at a senior management level
  • Attention to detail and a collaborative approach
  • Proven ability to use your initiative
