Senior Administrative Coordinator

As the Senior Administrative Coordinator for the Recovering Independence team, you will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring the team remains on track.
This is a Full Time Permanent position, based in our George Street office with flexibility to work from home.
Your Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily functions and operations of the Recovering Independence team and Sydney site.
- Support the Senior Management Team with administrative tasks, including diary management, email management, meeting management, and documentation management.
- Manage correspondence, communications, presentations, projects, annual business activities, and monthly business reporting.
- Oversee Internal Communication Framework, SharePoint administration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Schedule team travel, coordinate itineraries, and handle expense management.
- Coordinate events.
About You
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail to direct and prioritise your responsibilities and workflow.
- Experience in providing high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Advanced competency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
