Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to lead our day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service and a seamless experience for our guests.

About the Position
  • The Front Office Supervisor will oversee front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
  • You will lead, train, and motivate the front office team to deliver outstanding service, while assisting with rostering, shift management, and ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a front office or supervisory role within hospitality, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Prior knowledge of hotel PMS systems is highly regarded, and flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the front office team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management of front office staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving guest complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a front office or supervisory role within hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Prior knowledge of hotel PMS systems highly regarded.
