
Strategic Employee Experience Manager

A strategic advisor is required to support the implementation of people plans, driving business growth, accelerating talent development, and fostering an inclusive employee experience.
This pivotal role involves working across the employment cycle to collaborate with excellence centres and the leadership team. As part of the group leadership team, you will coach and partner with General Managers and their teams to enhance culture, engagement, and build high-performance teams.
Main Responsibilities:- Act as a trusted confidant and sounding board for General Managers on people & culture matters.
- Participate in business planning and align workforce strategies with business objectives.
- Enhance leadership capability through coaching and building leadership effectiveness.
- Partner with centres of excellence to design and implement best practice people & culture solutions.
- SUPPORT THE DELIVERY AND EMBEDDING OF ENTERPRISE PEOPLE & CULTURE PROGRAMS (E.G., PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT, REMUNERATION, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT).
- Shape the future workforce through strategic planning and organisational design.
- Participate in people & culture workstreams for transformational change initiatives, including M&A and structural optimisation.
You hold a bachelor's degree in social sciences or economics and are recognised as a trusted, credible and collaborative People & Culture Business Partner. With experience in large complex organisations or professional services, you can communicate effectively and establish trust with leadership at all levels.
