Chief Employee Experience Officer

As a strategic partner in our organization, the People and Culture Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping an exceptional employee experience. This individual will be responsible for designing and delivering business-aligned HR solutions across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive organizational performance and growth through effective talent management practices.
  • Lead learning and development initiatives that promote continuous improvement and capability uplift.
  • Establish and own early-career programs that attract emerging talent and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders on performance enablement, development conversations, and building future-ready teams.
  • Manage cyclical people and culture activities such as probation reviews, performance appraisals, and career milestone processes.
  • Conduct needs analysis, identify skill gaps, and deliver targeted training initiatives that enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Leverage people analytics to inform decision-making, engagement strategies, and leadership development.
  • Champion engagement initiatives that strengthen our employer value proposition (EVP) and employee experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. They should also have a deep understanding of human resources principles and practices, with a focus on talent management, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness.
