Job Description:

The role of the OD Lead is to provide strategic support in the development and implementation of organisation-wide people strategies.

This involves partnering with senior stakeholders to leverage data insights that inform workforce planning decisions, talent management initiatives, and organisational change projects.

You will also lead a team responsible for delivering annual performance management processes, focusing on opportunities for improvement and process streamlining.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
