We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Talent Development Specialist to design and deliver customized learning experiences that drive innovation, alignment, new behaviors, and performance.
- Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent development or a related field
- Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs
- Excellent project management and communication skills
