We aim to discover new active ingredients, product formulations, and pioneering technologies that benefit the planet. Our Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role is key to achieving this goal.
The HRBP acts as a trusted advisor to define and deliver on the people agenda. This includes talent acquisition, development, organizational design, and employee engagement initiatives, working closely with global HR teams to ensure business objectives are met.
The role also ensures efficient delivery of HR services through partnerships with regional/country management and functional leaders to develop, communicate, and coordinate prioritized company and/or global HR initiatives supporting business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop trusted relationships with business and functional leadership teams to proactively support business needs and drive a people agenda.
- Partner with relevant global HRBPs and AskHR / HR Operations teams in the APAC region to deliver strategic and operational HR solutions and services.
- Lead and drive HR processes/programs and action plans related to global HR initiatives, potential business or growth initiatives.
- Design and implement changes for ANZ, including workforce planning, organizational design & development, re-organization etc.
- Effectively deliver and manage HR processes related to talent management, performance management, and leadership development based on global frameworks.
- Analyze trends across each market to define action plans related to attraction, retention, and development of key talents in line with the global talent management framework.
- Research, develop, and implement new or updated HR offerings, policies, and procedures by working closely with Head of HR APAC and global HR COEs, business, and functional leaders.
- Manage employee relations related matters ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experiences in environments valuing excellence and driving high standards, managing teams in a matrix structure.
- Robust working knowledge of applicable employment laws, regulations, and business practices in ANZ.
- Strengths in compensation and benefits, talent management, business partnering, and performance management.
- Prior experience in multinational corporations or exposure to global business environments highly regarded.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; energized by change agenda.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Critical thinking balanced with emotional intelligence to align disparate programs.
- Maintains professionalism to push through solutions while maintaining relationships at all organizational levels.
- Strong learning orientation and work ethic – curious and continuous learner with good integrity.
