This key position partners with the People and Culture Director to design and implement workforce strategy, succession planning, organisational development, culture enhancement, diversity, inclusion, and talent management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with senior leaders and leadership teams to establish credibility and develop solutions that support business objectives.
- Develop people strategies for future success in partnership with senior leaders.
- Utilise data insights to inform decision-making and drive workforce and talent decisions.
- Lead and coach a small team delivering annual talent, performance, and promotion activities.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant tertiary/professional qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to generate actionable insights for senior audiences.
- Effective collaboration with global teams and stakeholders, building strong relationships across People and Culture and with the business.
- A global mindset and ability to make a positive impact across regions and cultures.
