- Lead project teams to ensure precise and comprehensive technical outputs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand and meet their design requirements.
- Produce high-quality technical drawings, calculations, and design reports.
- Conduct research and validate design solutions using advanced techniques.
- Develop and test design effectiveness, engaging in peer reviews for quality assurance.
- Analyse and improve existing designs, addressing complex faults and optimising performance.
- Provide detailed handover documentation to the construction team.
- Conduct site inspections and review contractors' work.
- Collaborate with project team members to review contractors' shop drawings and RFIs.
- Manage project data, time records, and finances.
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Fire Services Engineer with a strong background in fire protection engineering. You should have excellent project management skills and be confident in communicating with clients and business partners.
You will have a strong understanding of compliance requirements and be fluent in design standards. Experience delivering complex projects and guiding and reviewing less experienced staff is essential.
