Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience:
  • Develop and execute customized onboarding programs to ensure seamless product adoption
  • Provide expert training and advisory services to customers on product best practices
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand customer value and minimize churn risk
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve customer outcomes
  • Build Lasting Relationships:
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through active listening, empathy, and effective communication
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer business needs and goals
  • Lead Business Growth:
  • Identify and pursue new revenue streams through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion into new regions/teams/use cases
  • Develop and execute targeted plans to maximize customer renewals and minimize churn risk

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a scientific or analytical discipline
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer success results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
