As a key relationship builder, you will play a pivotal role in transforming customer interactions and delivering exceptional value through cutting-edge solutions. This opportunity will allow you to hone your skills in account management, build strategic partnerships, and make lasting impact across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Expand your network of internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of core tasks and account transactions. Anticipate issues on customer satisfaction, determine the root cause of problems, remove blockers, and establish recovery action plans as needed to improve customers' overall experience.

- Educate decision makers of assigned accounts on the value proposition aligned to their business objectives. Develop strategies to secure buy-in and execution of plans and aim to identify new opportunities within assigned accounts.

- Implement strategies to engage stakeholders and sell opportunities and usage of our solutions. Proactively build and maintain a strong knowledge of our product landscape, solutions, and strategy in customer industries.

- Recognise and own your role as a customer advocate and primary voice of the customer inside our organisation.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field AND 3+ years experience working in a relevant industry OR Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 2+ years experience working in an industry OR 5+ years experience working in an industry and/or driving digital transformation.
