Job Summary

The Carer Gateway is seeking an experienced and passionate Relationship Builder to play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, referral networks, and consumers.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Developing partnerships with key stakeholders and building referral networks to grow the Carer Gateway program
  2. Generating positive client outcomes by navigating the service seamlessly, promoting services, and advocating for the organisation
  3. Creating and distributing content and information packs regarding the service to inform consumers, referral agencies, and stakeholder panels
Requirements
  • Entry-level applicants with existing stakeholder contacts considered
  • Possession of a passion for helping carers live their best lives while supporting a loved one
  • Knowledge of referral networks, government departments, and key stakeholders relevant to the Carer Gateway
  • Understanding of the opportunities and challenges of the social service sector
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to represent the Carer Gateway program positively and articulate its benefits to increase referrals
