About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Help at Hand Support Services. As a Support Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of support services to our participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective guidance and mentoring to Support Workers to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Liaise with participants and support staff to allocate and roster Support Workers, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Process onboarding and offboarding of staff and participants, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with HAHS policies.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with participants and support workers, addressing customer feedback and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Promote and maintain a safe work environment, adhering to HAHS's Work Health & Safety policy.
  • Collaborate with the Client Liaison Manager to action customer feedback and complaints.
  • Participate in the recruitment strategy, ongoing recruitment process, and orientations.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Experience in coordinating and allocating support services to people within their homes and community.
  • Proficiency in rostering using digital software.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, patience, and commitment.
  • The ability to build and maintain rapport with stakeholders.
  • High-level computer literacy, with experience using information management systems.
  • Tertiary qualifications in human services, social science, or similar.
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • The willingness to secure a Working with Children Check if required.
