Role Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Neighbourhood Administration Officer. This is a key support role that plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our Community Care services.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the neighbourhood team
- Manage requests, concerns and inquiries from internal and external customers
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for the neighbourhood
- Prepare correspondence and documentation as required
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of financial, human resource and other business data
Requirements:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in administration or customer service
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database applications
