Job Title:
Exceptional Client Service ProfessionalWe are seeking a dedicated and hands-on professional to provide exceptional service to our clientele and help them manage their hearing health in this diverse client-facing role.
As an Exceptional Client Service Professional, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing their experience, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to our clinicians. You will also be responsible for efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming clients and ensuring a positive experience
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Providing administrative support to clinicians
- Managing clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
Requirements include:
- Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles
- A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Resilience, self-motivation, and energy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
