As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless business operations and delivering exceptional client experiences.

About the Role
  • Support and coordinate different teams within each neighbourhood to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in person.
  • Effectively manage requests, concerns, and inquiries from various sources.
  • Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood to ensure smooth operations.
  • Creation of correspondence and documentation as required.
  • Efficiently organise appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements.
  • Monitor, order, and distribute office supplies and arrange for the maintenance/repair of office equipment.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource, and other systems and databases.
  • Utilize mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (Intermediate – Advanced skills required).
  • Assist senior staff with special projects as needed.
Key Requirements
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in rostering/scheduling – Highly regarded.
  • Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise workloads.
  • Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications.
  • Confidence with smart phone and digital devices or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a can-do attitude.
