
Supportive Home Care Specialist

As a Personal Carer, you will be responsible for providing care to clients living in the community. Your goal will be to support their independence and improve their quality of life.
On any given day, you will spend time on the road completing scheduled visits. During these visits, you will interact one-on-one with clients within their homes, assisting them with daily activities such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
In addition to providing care in accordance with each client's individualised Care Plan, you will also support them with community-based recreational and social activities, transportation, and assistance with shopping and appointments.

Key Requirements- A Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or an equivalent qualification
- A Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum)
- A Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle for work
- Experience with technology including smartphones, tablets, and laptops
