Neighbourhood Administration Officer
About the Role:This role is a key support position for the delivery of Community Care services. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring business operations run efficiently and our clients receive an exceptional experience.
- You will be supporting and coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood.
- You will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers via phone, email, and in person.
- You will manage requests, concerns, and inquiries.
- You will roster and schedule support for the neighbourhood.
- You will create correspondence and documentation as requested.
- You will efficiently organise appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements.
- You will monitor, order, and distribute office supplies and arrange for the maintenance/repair of office equipment.
- You will ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource, and other systems and databases.
- You will use mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications.
The successful candidate will have effective verbal and written communication skills.
- You will have previous experience in rostering/scheduling - highly regarded.
- You will have great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload.
- You will have good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications.
- You will have confidence with smartphones and digital devices or a willingness to learn.
