We are seeking an exceptional Concession Manager to lead our team at David Jones Doncaster Store, overseeing the womenswear and menswear concession pads for Sportscraft, SABA, and JAG.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving store performance through effective team management, recruitment, rostering, inventory management, sales, visual merchandising, and expense control. Your primary focus will be on delivering a premium customer experience while meeting sales targets and KPIs.

You will oversee a dynamic team that is empowered to achieve sales and exceptional customer service. As an inspiring brand ambassador, you will foster a performance-driven culture through inspirational leadership and conduct consistent performance conversations to coach and develop team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales across all brands and concession pads.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture through inspirational leadership.

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable and brand-aligned teams.
  • Promptly resolve customer queries and complaints.
  • Ensure all concession pads are presented and merchandised according to brand standards.
  • Monitor top sellers and manage stock levels.
  • Manage labour and rostering according to peak trade periods and within budget.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 2 years' retail management experience in a high-end or premium retail environment.
  • A motivated and enthusiastic individual with the proven ability to create a dynamic team environment and achieve sales and KPI targets.
  • Results-driven with strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and expectations.
  • A true passion for retail fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
