About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team at Sportscraft, SABA & JAG Menswear David Jones Doncaster Store. As a key member of our concession team, you will be responsible for driving sales across all brands and concession pads, while ensuring exceptional customer service and store performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales across all brands and concession pads, achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Lead and motivate the team to meet individual and collective sales targets, while ensuring all concession pads are presented and merchandised according to brand standards.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Monitor top sellers and manage stock levels to optimize sales and minimize waste.
  • Implement new business initiatives efficiently and positively, while establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with David Jones store and floor management teams.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' retail management experience in a high-end or premium retail environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving store performance and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proven ability and passion to lead, coach, and motivate team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Results-driven with strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and expectations, while maintaining a flexible and innovative approach to reacting positively to changing work demands.
