Job OverviewThis exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your retail management expertise to maximise store performance. You will be responsible for team management, recruitment and induction, rostering, inventory management, sales, visual merchandising, and expense control while focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The role reports directly to the Regional Manager and involves overseeing a dynamic team that is empowered to achieve sales and KPI targets. As an inspiring brand ambassador, you will foster a performance-driven culture through inspirational leadership and conduct consistent performance conversations to coach and develop team members.
Responsibilities- Drive Sales: Maximise sales across all brands and concession pads through effective product knowledge and merchandising strategies.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing team to meet KPIs and sales targets. Foster a positive work environment and promote open communication among team members.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable and brand-aligned teams. Promptly resolve customer queries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure all concession pads are presented and merchandised according to brand standards, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- Labor and Rostering: Manage labour and rostering according to peak trade periods and within budget, ensuring optimal store operations.
- Experience: At least 2 years' retail management experience in a high-end or premium retail environment.
- Skills: Results-driven with strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prioritise tasks and expectations.
- Credentials: Proven management and operational leadership with a strong emphasis on interpersonal skills, including coaching and developing team members.
- Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
- Bonus Potential: Monthly and seasonal bonus potential.
- Clothing Allowance: Up to $3000 clothing allowance per year.
