Lead Sales Growth and Develop Strategic Partnerships

Drive the expansion of our sales network by forging strong relationships with key partners, empowering them to unlock their full potential and promote our offerings effectively. As a seasoned Senior Partner Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in cultivating a collaborative environment, fostering open communication, and ensuring seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and identify high-potential partnerships, defining targeted account strategies and establishing metrics for success.
  • Engage with prospective partners, presenting our value proposition, and evaluating opportunities based on established criteria.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases and plans, outlining estimated returns on investment and actionable growth strategies.
  • Design and implement market-focused brand awareness campaigns and go-to-market programs to generate pipeline and drive revenue.
  • Assume ownership of opportunities, supporting partners through the sales cycle, and ensuring timely closure.
  • Cultivate procedures to optimize partner team management, driving healthy business growth and collaboration.
  • Assist partners in forecasting, sales planning, and navigating RFP and Pre-Sales processes.
  • Coordinate internal team involvement, including solution pricing, product teams, professional services, support, and legal, to ensure successful sales opportunities.
  • Organize sales enablement sessions to equip partners with the necessary tools and knowledge.
  • Serve as the primary interface between Temenos and our partner channel, focusing on driving sales execution and expanding our reach into new markets.
Qualifications:
  • Sales skills: Deep industry knowledge, proven track record of selling complex technology solutions, cultural awareness, and experience working in a globally matrixed organization.
  • Channel Partner management skills: Managing the partner lifecycle, developing strategic relationships, and optimizing revenue growth.
  • Technical skills: Strong banking application and operations knowledge, including business processes (retail banking, corporate banking).
