About the Role

We're looking for a driven and ambitious SaaS Partnerships Development Representative (PDR) to spearhead our integration ecosystem. This is an entry-level, sales-driven role focused on identifying, engaging, and securing partnerships with SaaS companies that can integrate with our products. You'll play a critical role in expanding our technology network, driving new business opportunities, and laying the foundation for long-term strategic alliances.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and outreach to SaaS companies that are a strong fit for integration with our products.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product suite and communicate the value of integrating with our platform.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified SaaS partnership opportunities through outbound efforts.
  • Conduct discovery calls with potential partners to understand their business and integration needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to pitch integration opportunities and close partnership agreements.
  • Manage early-stage partner relationships and ensure smooth handoff to the Partnerships Manager once deals are signed.
  • Consistently hit or exceed KPIs for outreach, qualified opportunities, and signed integrations.

What We're Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales (SaaS or tech experience a plus).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical value propositions in simple terms.
  • A hunter mindset: you're persistent, proactive, and motivated by hitting targets.
  • Comfortable managing outreach, calls, and follow-ups in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
  • Self-starter who thrives on building relationships and uncovering new opportunities.
  • Passion for technology, SaaS products, and the future of integrations.
