We're seeking an analytical thinker with a passion for strategy and planning to join our Consumer Growth team at AGL. As an Acquisition Performance & Planning Analyst, you'll generate insights and conduct market and competitor analyses that shape strategic decisions, helping AGL maximize its market share and reach new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure and report on key performance metrics related to Consumer Growth, financials, and campaigns.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities that inform the strategic decision-making process.
  • Provide competitor insights and industry trend analysis to position AGL as a leader in the market.
  • Contribute to the development of the Consumer Growth strategy, integrating cross-functional inputs for a cohesive business approach.
  • Assist in balancing resources across activities, maximizing ROI by aligning budget with strategic priorities.
  • Support the forecasting process, predicting outcomes and refining acquisition strategies for better results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in strategy and planning roles.
  • Proven Track Record in strategy and planning, with a strong understanding of market research and analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with expertise in SQL, Python, or similar languages.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills: Ability to solve complex problems and offer data-driven insights.
  • Project Management expertise to oversee and drive strategic initiatives forward.
  • Experience in Resource Allocation: Strategic distribution of resources for marketing activities.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
